“Take note, and to be advised, that Public Risk Management of Florida (“PRM”) is a public entity, and as such, any comment, note, correspondence or other communication, in any form or medium, on this PRM Forum is public record, unless otherwise statutorily exempted, and is subject to the provisions of Florida Stat. Chapter 119 (Florida’s Public Records Act) as well as any applicable provisions of Florida Stat. Chapter 286 (Florida’s Government in the Sunshine Law). As such, under Article 1, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, every person has the right to inspect or copy any public record made or received in connection with the official business of any public body, including any comment, note, correspondence or other communication in, or on, this Forum.”
